NRK has chosen Mimir as their new cloud-native DAM

The public broadcaster in Norway, NRK, has chosen Mimir as their new cloud-native DAM for their employees

Maja Wettmark, Product owner metadata, stills and music, NRK Technology Media Management and Publishing department, says:

“At NRK, we use images to accompany all our published content, and we wanted to find the best tool to handle them. We found Mimir to best fit our needs, and we are happy to collaborate with a modern and innovative partner.“

NRK will use the out-of-the-box functionality in Mimir to manage its ingest, download, asset management, search, photoshop integration and project management of stills.

NRK will use the extension capabilities with the Mimir REST API, Client hooks API and Webhooks API to integrate into their other internal systems.

We are excited to share more about this project with you.
